What Do The Neon Sign Sizes Mean?
Our signs are measured from the left side of the neon sign to the right hand side. There will be an extra 30-50mm / 1.5-2inches for the clear acrylic backing. The height is scaled to suit whichever font you choose.
If you would like to know an exact size before ordering, please send us an email or message via FB/IG.
Please note: If your sign is over 1100mm / 43 Inches wide/tall, we will split into sections of these sizes. This will be clear on the final proofs we will provide you. If you're not happy with this, please let us know. However, due to increased shipping and production costs, the price will increase slightly.

How Long Will My Custom Neon Sign Take To Arrive?
During normal times our production time is between 2 and 3 weeks, when we are busy this can take up to 6 weeks to hand make your neon sign.
Please note: We are extremely busy and our current lead time is around 4 - 6 weeks, if you need your LED Neon any sooner, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

What Is The Process?
Using the Custom Neon Sign Builder:
Once you have paid for your neon sign, it is sent to our team of designers. We will created the production drawings of your led neon sign and email you a proof within 1 working day.
We then await your approval, or if you're not happy, we edit the design until you're 100% happy with your neon sign design.
After approval, the final design is added to our production schedule and it should be with you within the previously stated production timescales.
Contacting Us:
One of our designers will review your information and either email you some mockups of your led neon sign or contact you for further information. We will back and forth until you are happy with the final design. You can then pay either via the website or bank transfer, and we add you to our production schedule.
Taxes & Import Duties
We are a VAT registered UK based company. We charge VAT on all UK orders.
For non-UK sales, we do not charge VAT but you may be charged depending on your local rates.

As standard all signs come with:
- 12v transformer with a 3 pin plug (or equivalent if outside of the UK)
- 2 meter clear power cable from the bottom right-hand side of the sign
- 2 year return to base warranty (1 year for all weatherproofed signs)
- Raised stand off screws for fixing to the wall
- Mounted on high-quality 5mm clear acrylic, cut to the outline of the sign (other shapes and colours are available, please contact us to discuss)
