What Do The Sizes Mean?

Our sizes are based on the average letter size, and the rest of the sign is scaled from there. We are flexible so if you have chosen a size and its not quite large enough, we can normally increase the size a small percentage for free.

  • Small Letters = 50mm / 2 Inches
  • Medium Letters = 100mm / 4 Inches (most popular)
  • Large Letters = 150mm / 6 Inches
  • Extra Large Letters = 200mm / 8 Inches

If you would like to know an exact size before ordering, please send us an email or message via FB/IG.

Please note: If your sign is over 1100mm / 43 Inches wide/tall, we will split into sections of these sizes.  This will be clear on the final proofs we will provide you.  If you're not happy with this, please let us know.  However, due to increased shipping and production costs, the price will increase slightly.

How Long Will My Sign Take To Arrive?

During normal times our production time is between 2 and 3 weeks, when we are busy this can take up to 4 weeks.


Please note: Our current lead time is just over 2 weeks, if you need your sign any sooner, please choose our rush service. Our Rush Service is now back to normal meaning we will make and dispatch your sign within 5 working days.

What Is The Process?

Using the Custom Builder:

Once you have paid for your sign, it is sent to our team of designers.  We will created the production drawings and email you a proof within 1 working day. 


We then await your approval, or if you're not happy, we edit the design until you're 100% happy.


After approval, the final design is added to our production schedule and it should be with you within the previously stated production timescales.


Contacting Us:

One of our designers will review your information and either email you some mockups or contact you for further information. We will back and forth until you are happy with the final design. You can then pay either via the website or bank transfer, and we add you to our production schedule.

Taxes & Import Duties

We are a VAT registered UK based company.  We charge VAT on all EU orders, and all orders within the EU should not be charged any extra VAT or Import Duties, if they are please email us for help.


For non-EU sales, we do not charge VAT but you may be charged depending on your local rates.

What's Included With My Sign?

As standard all signs come with:

  • 12v transformer with a 3 pin plug (or equivalent if outside of the UK)
  • 2 meter clear power cable from the bottom right-hand side of the sign
  • 2 year return to base warranty (1 year for all weatherproofed signs)
  • Raised stand off screws for fixing to the wall
  • Mounted on high-quality 5mm clear acrylic, cut to the outline of the sign (other shapes and colours are available, please contact us to discuss)
  • Buying from a UK based, VAT registered and fully insured company to supply electronic signs internationally

Small Letters = 60mm / 2.34 Inches

Medium Letters = 100mm / 4 Inches

Large Letters = 150mm / 6 Inches

Extra Large Letters = 250mm / 10 Inches
